Below decks “Sociable” is perfect for cruising with a large V-berth, a large double sized aft bunk with opening port, two oversized single berths with storage and an enclosed head. The well laid out galley has a propane stove and oven, large ice box, ample storage, and two stainless sinks with pressurized water. Over $25k in upgrades was spent in 2010 which included a new 2YM15 Yanmar engine, installation of a holding tank, electric windlass and new fixed ports. The sails (2009) are still in “crisp” condition and new canvas (dodger, main sail cover and UV stripe on the genoa) was installed in 2018. A 9 ft.
