Shore Boat Works have been building hundreds of commercial grade vessels since the 1960s, including tugboats, research vessels, passenger carrying boats and yachts, but mostly fish boats. Western Shore, ex Canadian Shore, started out as a Salmon Seiner and then was converted to an expedition yacht at ABD shipyard in North Vancouver in 2002 by the previous owner.
She sleeps up to 12 including a master stateroom. The galley is large and well laid out with a large stainless fridge freezer and a restaurant grade stove grill, oven. The adjacent dinette seats up to 8. The fish holds were converted to a sauna, shower , large side by side fridge freezer, and crews quarters and washer dryer.
