The Herreshoff Haven is a sailing classic. This gaff rigged sloop is a nod to history, a time when all boats were built by hand. Finished by three craftsmen with attention to detail and expertise it is a labour of love and a work of art. It all started with solid oak frames and Atlantic white cedar planking. All bronze fasteners were employed in the building process, a full lead keel, and mahogany combing is finished beautifully. Roomy, seaworthy, and lovely underway; this is the ideal boat for sailors young and old. “Hudson” comes complete with a trailer and is ready for a summer of sailing.
