The Irwin Citation 41 is a rare Ted Irwin design, with only four examples reportedly built, offering a unique blend of performance, comfort, and offshore capability. With her spacious center cockpit layout, solid fibreglass construction, and impressive 9,500 lb ballast, she’s equally at home cruising the Pacific Northwest or setting off on extended passages.
Powered by a freshwater-cooled Yanmar 3HMF diesel, the engine was noted in the survey as appearing well maintained, with approximately 659 engine hours at the time of survey. Access to the engine is excellent from multiple sides, making routine maintenance straightforward.
On deck, you’ll find a Harken roller furling system, hydraulic backstay tensioner, hydraulic boom vang, serviced Barient winches, and braided running rigging in good condition. The center cockpit is spacious and secure, complemented by a robust aluminum dodger and wide side decks for confident movement underway.
